Levering

2.1 Levering vindt plaats zolang de voorraad strekt.

Zichttermijn / herroepingsrecht

4.2 Het herroepingsrecht geldt niet voor:

6.6 chemcloud is not liable for damage caused by intent or equivalent deliberate recklessness of non-managerial staff. This warranty does not if;

Overeenkomst

Overmacht

Betrouwbaarheid

Eigendomsvoorbehoud

13.1 Op alle overeenkomsten is Nederlands recht van toepassing.
